12/4 at the Saenger (frick yes)
12/5 at the blender (yuck)

Click thru from his website to sign up for the presale which is tomorrow morning (4/1) at 10am CDT.

Tickets to the Saenger will be by lottery next week, you have to buy a SKC ticket and then sign up for the request, buyers will be chosen at random.

Bummed about losing UNO…sometimes progress isn’t 100% good. Billy at UNO was an incredible experience and so hassle free. Oh well

I know it’s a bummer. People travel to his shows (I’m in st aug right now) so I guess it will sell out but who knows

So instead of two nights at UNO there’s one show that will be a crapshoot to see and the other at a sterile venue staffed by New Orleans’ finest

I’d love to see him at the saenger but the SKC is lame. UNO was perfect. I’m thinking of skipping. Tired of getting bent over by Ticketmaster and bots on the initial sale. This gimmick with the saenger is aggravating.

Agreed. I like billy strings, but not enough to see him at the blender. If he was one of my favorites, I would deal with the SKC though.

Whole thing is so dumb. Make up with UNO and let’s do this properly William Apostol.

he’s making an effort to play smaller theaters which clearly they enjoy doing… Ryman is the same way, and they are doing the same thing in LA and Denver this tour. Playing one or two nites in big arenas and then a single night at a small venue

Billy has outgrown the funky places unfortunately I’m happy he’s making the effort to keep playing some of them.

UNO was the easiest show to go to ever. I take Lakeshore drive and walk right into arena.

Gotta love TicketMaster charging 61% service fees on top of the face value. Ticket price $74.50, $45.65 in service fees. ... $120.15 for the show.

I have zero problem paying $120 to see 3 hours of Billy Strings. Worth every penny as I've paid twice as much to see other concerts. My problem is that TM doesn't have anyone to regulate what they're doing so they can get away with making up fees and sticking it to their customers.

Of course, they'll claim the fees are for security, to maintain their website, employee salaries, online POS, funding the clean-up crew, etc ....

If they charged $99 for the ticket and $20 in service fees nobody would have a problem with it ...... anyway my .02 for the day , looking fwd to the show in December

Tried to get PIT GA for SKC as seats are too constrictive for a man like William Strings.

I logged in for artist presale an hour early. Was 8000+ in the queue.

Did not get PIT GA for SKC.

I was able to log in and same. ended up getting lowers and hope to parlay into Saenger. And frick ticketmaster fees. Not sure why I subject myself to this anymore. concert-going used to be my cheapest hobby.
