That won't hold up. I'm convinced many of these judges just live to be overturned on appeal.

They are spending millions in taxpayer funds to slow things down...they need to be held accountable.

Did he order the old structure to be returned?

Of course.
Off to the Court of Appeal, and then SCOTUS.
The whole fricking argument is retarded. All this over the removal of an ADDITION from FDRs tenure.

But, but, but......remember, now. There's no such thing as lawfare.
You know, funny thing.I don't seem to recall this happening when Barry Soetoro had a basketball court built. I wonder what the difference is? (Wink/Wink)

Who sued to stop it?
There should be consequences for judges who routinely get their decisions overturned. After so many, just like any other job that you keep getting wrong, consequences for doing a bad job should come into play!

It is well past time to take out these idiotic and treasonous judges once and for all.

So one branch of government has to ask another for permission to build something that is privately funded? That makes no sense.
Some of these judges need to be removed for incompetence.

despite the fact it’s PRIVATELY FUNDED
This doesn’t matter… Trump can’t take it with him when he leaves office… public funds will have to be used for maintenance and upkeep eventually

This judge is way outta his purview! Private construction is not under Congress jurisdiction

District Court Judge Richard Leon, in his order, said construction of the planned $400 million ballroom “must stop” because no law “comes close” to giving Trump legal authority to build such a structure at the White House without authorization by Congress.
Leon said that the National Trust for Historic Preservation in the United States, which had sued Trump to halt the project, was likely to prevail in the case.
The judge enjoined Trump administration officials and the Executive Officer of the President, “from taking any action in furtherance of the physical development of the proposed ballroom at the former site of the East Wing of the White House.”
Leon said the order would take effect within 14 days. The delay gives Trump time to appeal the order.
