Last year, Justice Jackson dissented in the U.S. v. Skremetti case-- in which she argued that states have no right to ban gender transitions on minors.
Today, she was the lone dissent on Chiles v. Salazar, writing that "there is no right to practice medicine which is not subordinate to the power of states."
So, states have no right to pass laws banning children from changing their sex-- but states DO have the right to ban counselors from telling boys they are not girls.
You truly can't make it up.

The biggest embarrassment to the Supreme Court, Biden, and Democrats.
She knows little to nothing about the law much less how to interpret it or apply it.
She relies solely on what her personal political beliefs

It must really hurt this forum's Attorneys at Law to know "she got her's" [fame, historic legacy, financial and job security... life-time appointment, etc.] ... all while they sit and argue on a message board.

I caught her Senate confirmation hearing, with Senator Kennedy leading the questions. Kennedy asked her questions re her knowledge of 3 basic tenants of Federal law, basically the ABC's of Federal law. She admitted she had zero trial experience with any of the 3, & she admitted that the majority of her trial experience came with workers compensation suits. Kennedy, off the record, said she was the dumbest judicial candidate he had ever questioned. And she's there for life.

Just like his VP running-mate choice, the only qualification that Biden looked at were:
A). Female, and
B). of color.
No one could have predicted that such an underwhelming diversity of qualifications could have led to Vice-president Kamala Harris and Supreme Court Justice Kentaji Brown Jackson. An amalgamation of the world's greatest soothsayers and historians couldn't have possibly postulated a hypothesis of these results.

Like they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. That tree had a “supposed” former president of the United States proclaiming that he and he alone appointed the first Black justice to the Supreme Court.
President Autopen made that statement at Jesse Jackson’s funeral a mere 25 days ago.
