The odds any deal can be enforced for the long term with the vestiges of the regime seems remote for one particularly clear reason. While the Iranian regime, by its very nature can perpetuate itself, Trump cannot. If a following president is unwilling to keep Iran in line, that regime with its stated goals will eventually reconstitute itself. It's the main reason "regime change" is almost inherently required.
