Homeless spinoff - BR edition

Anyone else notice less drug addict beggars on the street corners in BR since Sid became mayor? Must have given them some money and bus tickets to Minnesota, California, or NY. Thanks Sid!

saw a wheel chair bound bum begging on the corner of Sherwood and I12 yesterday. Walmart on college still has the grifters milling about.

I've seen a drop, but they are still out there in quite a few places. Saw a guy with a "homeless and hungry" sign on Airline at Cortana, spent a lot of his time talking on his cell phone.

Nope. Passed one who whipped his dick out and started pissing in the middle of the sidewalk on 3rd street at 5:30-6pm a few days ago.
They are still all over downtown by the library. Wish they would go take a nighttime swim in the Mississippi.
