Could state courts for away games rule him ineligible to play in their states?
If Ole Miss was a home game this year, could Louisiana courts rule him ineligible?

Do you really want every state we play in to be able to rule our players ineligible? I don’t think we want to go there.

Well, it would be one way to expose the absurdity of the current situation and maybe force a solution.

Someone explain it to me like I’m 8. How can the NCAA rule him ineligible then an ole miss grad judge can just say “nah, I say he’s eligible.”? Why can’t the NCAA come back with “well we’ve ruled him ineligible so if he plays you get to forfeit if you win.”
