Get Trump is the theme and they don't care about legality. That's right, Judge Howell and Boasberg.

It seems this was per a scheduling conference and a way to make the docket efficient. Why not post the whole emails?

Note to the group- SFP is now citing random X posters with 300 followers and a Ukrainian flag in their bio because they agree with his point of view.

He now embraces that X is where news is broken and no will longer will scoff at any X post on this site going forward.

Those notes don’t look like anything nefarious. Perhaps OP could explain what is actually being alleged here?

Can't do the disinformation by curation if you don't do the curation.

Naw. It was just one of the replies.

I understood what the email was saying myself. No citation needed.

Yeah y’all don’t know what you’re reading. Looks like practical procedural matters. Judges have preferences on how things are filed in their courts.

Groundbreaking.

I almost feel sorry for you.

PS - Tell us once more how the "valuation case" against Trump was legit even though they hysterically claimed that Mar A Lago was only worth $18 million.

It's a tad bit hypocritical, isn't it?

Sounds like an avalanche of recuals motions need to be filed for Howell and Boasberg.

Yes, they will deny them - likely without hearing, but that's what appeals and write are for. Clearly GOP has no stomach to do anything else.

I know you're a lawyer but you're not a litigator?

I always thought you were a litigator.

I suspect I've spent more time in courtrooms and before appellate and Supreme Court panels than you could ever dream of.

Regardless, the fact this Administration doesn’t file recusal motions against every non-Trump judge in the DC courts is legal malpractice.

Then you should understand how status/scheduling conferences go and judges telling the litigating attorneys how they prefer to proceed, especially with complex/overlapping motions.

This isn't complicated stuff for litigating attorneys.

My statement is not exclusive to this particular tweet, but did presume it was as represented. As I said, these motions should be filed as a matter of course. These judges have made clearly biased public statements against Trump which warrants their recusal.

Canon 2 of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges states that a judge should avoid impropriety and the appearance of impropriety in all activities, including personal and professional life. It mandates that judges act in a way that promotes public confidence in the integrity and impartiality of the judiciary, preventing family, social, or political relationships from influencing judicial decisions.
