It was 54 - 45 and Rand Paul voted with the Democrats because Mullen did not apologize. Poor Rand Paul, he just does not get it.

Rand used to be the only politician that I fully respected. Not any more.
The only ones I really like now, are Anna Paulina Luna and Tim Burchett. Brandon Gill is getting there bit I'm still on the fence, same with Eli Crane. I despise every single one of them from my great state of Oklahoma, including Markwayne Mullin. I don't think he's necessarily among the worst, but he's swampy.
