Just spoke with my Iranian lawyer..

And his people are thrilled with Trump.. His parents in Iran are happy as heck that Trump killed the Ayitola. (Spell check)
Says the people of Iran are the best people, they love the USA. want us to visit and we will surely be feed.
It's the government in charge that wants Death to America and not the regular folk.
But again.. I got it from a lawyer so I dont know how much that I can believe.

I personally know 3 whole people from Iran. All like this place more and are kinda "meh" about the war. None would move back even of things changed.

I’ve heard very similar information from several different Iranians. Most recent was an Uber driver from Iran who’s been in the US 20+ years. He still has family back in Oran and says they are all cheering for the US and more hopeful than they’ve been in decades.

My wife is Persian. She still has family there. Her father pulled them out of Iran during the revolution and left for the UK. They left behind family fortune in real estate, cash, businesses. My wife was in tears when she saw this kicking off. Nearly every Persian I have been around over last 20 years loves America and it's culture. They love the American v8, the freedom, and they all bust their arse creating their own personal wealth. I feel like a slack arse when I show up to the family gatherings, They are all filthy stinking rich with multiple businesses.

Look at pictures of Iran when the government was secular before the revolution.
Hot Persian women. Modern dress. Modern cars and buildings.
It was a much different iran.
They want to go back to that and it pay they get there.

My uncle came to Georgia on a student visa in the 1970s.
His family has been able to visit several times over the years, but they are currently in Iran.
He prays for their safety.
He is more afraid of the IRGC than he is US/Israeli bombs.
His father passed away a couple of years ago. He went back to visit his family about 18 months ago and to pay his respects. He almost got arrested at his father's graveside.
No American can comprehend what life is like in the Islamic Republic of Iran.
