Any older guys know or have an older friend that is a virgin?

Or maybe suspect them of being a virgin, but the conversation is never fully fleshed out with said person.
I have a friend in his 50s that loves women, but for some reason…I have this suspicion this guy has never fricked a women in his life. He jokes about beating his meat etc….
He’s straight but super shy
I just have this feeling that his awkwardness has kept women at bay all of his life.

The % of male virgins has consistently risen the past 15 years or so. Statistically, we probably all know a male virgin over the age of 30, we just don't know it.

I’ll see if I can summarize this
I used to work with him (A) and heard a rumor from a coworker once
Later on, I ran into a “friend” of his at a different job site that is openly gay (B)
B tells me how excited he is the A is coming into town and they have plans to go to dinner later
At the end of the day, I am talking to B, and myself and B run into A as I am in the parking lot leaving for the day
A is very flustered

He is mid-30’s. He lives at home. No drivers license. He is a freelance writer. He will live off inheritance when closest family passes away.
Any discussion of male conquests around him is awkward. He was going to ask a girl out once, but proceeded to throw up before approaching her. I know this, because I was there. Guarantee you he hasn’t felt a tit other than his own.
One of my friend’s siblings has a theory that during his many trips to Vegas, with his mother of course, he will have sex with hookers.
