Kevin Hart will be in the hot seat for a live roast on Netflix, the streamer’s follow-up to the hugely popular Tom Brady broadcast in 2024.

Hosted by Shane Gillis, the ceremony will take place at 5 p.m. PT on Sunday, May 10, the final night of the Netflix Is a Joke Fest. Like the Brady roast, it will be filmed inside the Kia Forum in Los Angeles. The lineup of comedians who will take jabs at Hart has yet to be announced.

“The Greatest Roast of All Time: Tom Brady” was a cultural phenomenon, spending three weeks in Netflix’s Global Top 10 and cementing Nikki Glaser as a household name. To date, the three-hour broadcast has racked up 26 million views on Netflix. The roast even earned an Emmy nomination for variety special, alongside the Super Bowl halftime show and the telecasts for the Grammys, Tonys and Oscars.

while I dont disagree

Shane is succeeding like no other comedian in his unique independence post SNL and not just dabbling but succeeding Series with Tires and the Gilly and Keeves stuff plus the podcast. stand up in stadiums and potential Film Rols

and haven't even mentioned the Bud Light $$$

and I dont think its going away soon

literally the next Adam Sandler

He also hosted snl twice already. I know a lot of people shite on SNL but the current cast is pretty good.

That Ashley chick is hilarious

Yeah the SNL group currently is still missing a good bit but probably the best group since the Hader days. What I like about this group is that the writers are taking some chances on some really off the wall skits instead of low hanging fruit.

She was looking good that night and her going after Gronk was great.

My only issue with that Bud Light commercial is that he’s wear a Texas shirt and it is very well that he is a Notre Dame fan. I know if it were me (obviously a celebrity in this hypothetical situation) I would refuse unless I wore UGA shirt. He should have been wearing ND IMO.

He also was gold on that CFP Championship pre show where he called Saban out for everything that had become legal in cfb and called him “Alabama Jones” because of his hat.

And what about the Bud Light commercial where he's wearing LSU gear?
