This will happen here if we end up losing out to the corrupt political system. I've posted this before, but both Merrick Garland and Chris Wray made speeches in October, 2024 and said that the suppression of "misinformation and hate speech" would be a prime focus of the next Administration (of course, that was assuming that the puppet Kamala was going to win).
The problem? When they say "misinformation and hate speech," it's really a euphemism for shutting up people who are simply telling the truth.
If the corrupt Political Establishment and the Globalists end up getting their way, America will be no different from Canada, the UK, etc. Oh, and the worst hasn't even happened to those countries, yet.

Canada never threw off the British crown and parliament like the US did. They never sought their liberty, and to date they remain a part of the British Commonwealth (as does Australia). The idea of liberty and state sovereignty is foreign to them, and we Americans need to understand that they are simply not like us.
