they had a kicker from there a while back that raped a girl (one that came forward,) iirc, it was swept under the rug and he had a fairly long NFL career

I was about to say the same thing. If resisting arrest and fleeing came with an arse kicking at the end, as they used to, there would be a lot less of it.

He was drafted by the Raiders and played for them for 16, 17 years then went to.. I think Seattle for a year or two. He had his fair share of arrest. When he played for FSU and they were in the Sugar Bowl he was arrested on Bourbon St I think the day of the game or something like that. I know he got in trouble. He was arrested for drugs one time. He probably shrugged his shoulder while getting cuffed, and the cop will say that he lurched at him and almost knocked him out. Cop will also go to hospital and be on light duty for 6 months

Reminds me of this video I watched earlier. This guy is a prison guard or something, but he was talking about how they should have brought the "get right" crew, which some departments call it when they send certain officers to an arrest because if you are resisting if the get right crew gets there its not going to be pretty.
If that is a thing, I have to assume they don't wear body cams? There has to be situations where they have to turn the cameras off in order to get the job done.. But yeah... this ole boy in the OP got hit by someone.
