Experience with Realtruck. com

Just bought a new truck a few weeks ago. Ordered a Retrax Pro tonneau cover from Realtruck. Actually originally ordered the Retrax One, but about a week later they came out with a sale and decided to cancel that one and upgrade to the all aluminum Pro version. Didn't think too much of the fact that my order was still pending on the first order and was happy it allowed me to cancel. But now I'm sitting 11 days after ordering the Pro version and it's still sitting in "pending". Reading online horror stories of months of waiting from Realtruck, but also know it's easy to find those stories when you go searching. I've seen Realtruck mentioned here. For those that have used them, is it typically reliable service? I've called, but they said it will take a few days to track down in the warehouse and get me a response which is now after the date they guaranteed it'd be delivered by. I'll just cancel and get somewhere local if this looks like it's going to turn into a rabbit hole of chasing a delivery over the next few months.
