I don’t see how we can accomplish our stated goals without a much longer campaign than is being promised to us right now. Either we change our definition of “success” or we’re being lied to about how long and costly this war will be as they slow drip acceleration to us.

Of course not. It is the Middle East.

1. The end of the Iranian regime.
2. Weeks, “a short excursion”
3. The accomplishment of #1.

I’m by what we want you mean

We end up leaving the Iranians armed and left to fight a civil war to seize their country, with potential American air support for a time and special forces for a bit then yes.

Iran has been the tip of the globalist spear, and myriad headaches for the West all come from there.

Decapitating the apparatus there solves lots of problems that pop up here, Syria, Lebanon, Africa, Southeast Asia...

Separating them from money generated by selling oil to various proxy states and it being laundered to other nations cures a completely separate multitude of ills.

Toppling the regime in Tehran is a much bigger deal than people think because it is the wellspring from which many, many problems we encounter on a geopolitical basis flow.

Probably less than what we want and more than what the Dims want to see. The crazies will be knocked back for a while but not forever. This has bought time.

. The end of the Iranian regime.

Is this your stated goal or "our" stated goal?

can you post a link to this stated goal?

your answers to #2&3 kinda hinge off #1.

your title says you want to conduct a poll.

your messaging says you don't want to actually conduct a poll you want to start a post under the guise of conducting a poll when really what you want to do is express your opinion.

If you actually want to conduct a poll then prepare one. I'll check back.

Otherwise just be like every other Dem and provide your opinion. You're just not that much different than the rest here, sorry

Negative. Trump will declare victory, but the outcome will be disappointing with the regime still in power. Trump needs to stop listening to Israel.

No ability to obtain a nuclear weapon.
Destroy their ballistic missiles and ability to manufacture them.
Destroy their drones and ability to make them.
Destroy their navy.
Destroy their anti-aircraft weaponry.
Prevent Iran from blocking the Strait of Hormuz.
Name leadership acceptable to the United States.

Where did I get this list?

I listen to and remember what the following people have said repeatedly since this started:
Trump
Rubio
Hegseth
Cain
Leavitt

Don’t pretend this administration has not been clear. The media is trying to parse words and phrases from many to try to show the Trump administration in a state of chaos. This is not chaotic whatsoever. This is exactly what I voted for. We have adults running the country again. We need to take advantage of it because when it changes, we will once again be in a world of hurt and fighting hard to save our country.

What’s “our” goals? I think of all the countries in the ME, Iran was the largest danger to the world. Saddam was a bad man, but mostly to his people and Kuwait.

Iran was a risk since the Shah was overthrown.
