Near Flawless Campaign in Iran So Far

I'm still amazed that the efficiency and effectiveness of the campaign in Iran so far. This is how you deal with enemies. Go to their front door, kick it down, beat the shite out of them by hitting every valuable military target in sight, take out half their leaders in the process. All while preserving American troops better than any conflict before.
Compared to Iraq and Afghanistan wars this is a whole other level of efficiency. Then compare it to Ukraine/Russia...what a mess that is.
Impressive thus far. Even if Iran regroups and rebuilds militarily, this is setting them way back. Yes, they are hard-headed and we may have to go back and hit them again in the future but so be it.
Worth it, Iran cannot continue to enrich Uranium. They will sell nukes to anyone wanting to nuke the U.S.

frick that shite. Regime change or bust. If we don’t get that then all we’ve really done is waste a bunch of bullets.

Iran, under the thumb of the mullahs and their 10% dominant rule, is not coming back from this.
By the time we're finished, there will be no coming back for them.
It'll be over soon.
By the end of the month it will be clear.

Could you imagine if Kamala had won......
Her level of ineptitude would make Biden look like competent in comparison. And that's saying a lot.

This is wild. It is an incredible own goal from Trump. Every country that hosts US bases is going to be questioning our relationship, especially the gulf countries and SK. The best possible outcome is that Trump says ok we’re done and we stop. But Iran isn’t going to stop, this is existential for them. Hezbollah is fighting fiercely and repelling attacks in southern Lebanon, Iranians are sending their worst stuff through the air in order to waste 2-3 air defense missiles for each one of their lawnmower engine powered drones.
Strategically it is a baffling decision. Israel and Netanyahu tried this shite with every President and they told him no. It worked on Trump though and now there’s no way out.
And gas is up a dollar where I am. No one wins.

As someone who served in Afghanistan, I understand the danger Iran poses. They have indirectly (and directly) killed hundreds of Americans with weapons, training, and actual terrorists. Anyone with half a brain can admit what we are doing is incredibly impressive militarily.
And let's be perfectly clear, IRAN CANNOT HAVE A NUCLEAR WEAPON. Which the whole world knows they are making.
So, whine about your few bucks extra you have to spend on gas. I'll be thankful we are preventing Iran from launching another 9/11 but with nukes.

The existing regime will want a peace deal that cements its hold on Iran.

This seems like a good thread to save and come back to a few months down the line.
