10 yr old girl shot & killed at Sonic on Government Street

Happened around 4pm in the parking lot.
Hearing that the dad went into Sonic left 2 kids in the car with a loaded gun. One accidentally shot the other.

This location is set up differently. It’s not a drive in but I think it has a drive through.

I cant even think of a scenario unless he got down to order from the patio for some reason or went inside to complain about an order. Also not a good idea to leave two children in the car alone (with an accessible loaded firearm)

Apparently you didn't read the link supplied. Both parents worked at Sonic. The guy was heading inside to start his shift and the woman was getting off.
Still stupid to leave a loaded gun in the car with kids having access.
