Just realized that the SEC basketball tournament is in Nashville this week and the baseball team is obviously playing at Vanderbilt meaning you can catch all 5 LSU basketball games and all 3 baseball games away from home in 1 city in 5 days. Nice!

Basketball is a guaranteed 1 and done. Not sure what the odds are, but I would pick the opponent.

Found the first person I’m calling out when we win it.

ESPN analytics gives LSU a 25% chance of beeting Kentucky tomorrow. They have a 40% chance of beating Missouri second round. Put those odds together you're actually looking at a one-in-ten likelihood your LSU Tiger team makes it to the quarterfinal round of the SEC tourney. So nothing is guaranteed

They ought to make that team take a bus to and from. Save the Athletic Dept some money.

Cheapest single game tickets I found for the baseball series were like $200 a piece. Granted, that was before the season when both teams were supposed to be legit

Okay so I'm not going crazy. Last few times I saw LSU play at Vandy they weren't this high

Not at all. They were way less in 2022. I was floored when I pulled up StubHub to get tickets. Big fat nope for me at those prices for a regular season game in March

They’re going for close to that per ticket per game to sit in the outfield

Same here. My dad is coming down to visit and we had planned on going but now we'll just watch on TV.

My only question is...

Will MM be on the team plane? Or will he be driving a UHaul to the house to start packing up?

yes the prices for baseball are not worth it
it's a small stadium and I'm guessing lsu fans made plans a long time ago
