You know, I’m all about conservatism’s and 2A, but I would investigate, talk with the people she sent it to, and decide whether to arrest and prosecute. From my take on the police interrogation, she clearly is remorseful and I didn’t get an anger vibe from her at all. Even if she’s a whackadoodle liberal, I wouldn’t go any further.
At most, three day suspension without pay. Max penalty. Personnel issue, no further penalties or action.

It looks like what people do when they are trying to hid the Sora AI logo on an AI generated video.
EDIT: It looks like the video is real and the person adding it to X was trying to hide the watermark from the YouTube channel they took it from.
