Old news....but nothing to see here right? Peter Neffinger, chairman of board at Smartmatic also on Biden transition team. Some might say that's a slight conflict of interest.

I know about the ballot harvesting and mail ballot fraud. Did anyone ever actually find a problem with the machines?

They confirmed that they were connected to the internet when they swore they werent.

Anyone like Tina Peters in Colorado who attempted to grab data related to the election to test it was dragged into court, sued into oblivion in blue districts or sent to prison.

In addition to the connections to the web, they have identified different operating systems. When counties purchased the machines, they were shipped with an OS that had a different algorithm that would change votes.

Let's back up a little bit, folks.

The only place in the entire US to use Smartmatic in the 2020 elections was Los Angeles County. The systems used in the 2020 battleground states:

AZ (specifically Maricopa County): Dominion (a mix of Dominion and ES&S (Election Systems & Software) through the rest of the state)

GA: ES&S' ExpressVote with DS200/DS850 tabulators

MI: Dominion (ES&S in a few smaller counties)

PA: ES&S, Dominion and Hart InterCivic

WI: Dominion in most urban areas, ES&S in most rural areas

NV: ES&S in Clark County (Vegas( and Washoe County (Reno), Dominion everywhere else

In other words, Smartmatic didn't play any sort of meaningful role in the 2020 election cycle so there must be something else. Let's see... Neffenger's move was likely due to his having been Obama's TSA head from 2015-2017. He volunteered to be on Biden's team because he wanted to be involved with matters related to DHS. Okay, possibly legit... what else?

Interestingly, in October 2025 the DoJ filed an indictment in the Southern District of Florida charging Smartmatic (SGO Corporation Ltd.) with

-Conspiracy to violate the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA)
-Conspiracy to commit money laundering
-International money laundering of monetary instruments

The charges arise from an "alleged" scheme in which company executives and associates "allegedly" paid bribes (through fraudulent contracts, sham loan agreements and over-invoicing machine costs then rounting funds through bank accounts in Asia, Europe and the US) to a Philippine election official in connection with contracts related to the 2016 national elections in the Philippines. Allegedly.

Prison Board Rules Peters Acted in Self-Defense

Former Mesa County Clerk Tina Peters was found not guilty today in a Colorado Department of Corrections disciplinary hearing stemming from an altercation with another inmate. Video of this incident was widely circulated. But after carefully looking at the facts, the Board concluded that Tina Peters acted in self-defense, after being attacked and cornered by a 29-year old inmate.

"Today, reason and truth prevailed,” said Tina Peters.

"I was found not guilty. The Department of Corrections fairly considered the evidence and concluded that I defended myself. I’m thankful that the Board carefully considered the evidence and was not swayed by media coverage.”

Democrats had problems with the machines until 2020. They are the ones that started you can cheat with the machines.
