Damn, he was the only one on the staff I noticed that was really traveling and recruiting these kids. I hope Seimone or whoever can be just as effective in that role. Best of luck Gary!

Whaa? Very strange coming from you. Is this good or bad? Is Kim retiring?

I’m tired lol

LSU is fine tho. Kim knew he wanted to be a head coach when he was hired. Messer wanted to be one as well. None of this is a shock it was expected at some point

I just cant see all the freshmen uprooting and leaving to follow him.

And maybe Messer can come back since she will probably be unemployed soon.

Appreciate the response. Just tell me none of the freshman are transferring and I’m good

I can assure you of one thing: Kim Mulkey is VERY involved in recruiting including lots of travel to see kids all over the country. Gary Redus was here to learn from Kim. I am glad Tate is giving Gary a shot at Rutgers. Rutgers used to be a bigtime WBB power in their pre-Big10 days.

Given how much our 3 best frosh actually played this season, I doubt any will transfer at all.

Does he have any head coaching experience? I’m happy for him but Rutgers is a pretty big “first” head coach job.
