6 runs and 5 runs should be enough to win games if you have a pitching staff! The BELMONT pitcher held Tennessee to 1 run…As had been the case since 2017 pitching kills LSU. To put it in perspective not 1 team has scored more than 1 run vs them, UCLA and FSU scored 1 total and some want to complain about 6 and 5….lol

Can she recruit? If she is a great recruiter, then the development is lacking. The program is stale under her, and it's probably time to move on. However, I don't think anything she has done warrants her getting fired. This isn't baseball we are talking about. Once her contract expires (I believe next year) it's time to head in another direction.

It’s development on the pitching staff which she is in charge of! Berzon got worse the longer she was here, Heavener no better than last yr and throws 1 speed 95% of the time, Chaffin left and became all sec pitcher, Strood left and just beat Texas A&M 3-1. Where are the other pitchers? Why do we give up 24 runs in 3 games? Why can’t we hold a lead in consecutive games? Had the lead last yr vs Texas in 6th and 7th and lost 2-3…I challenge anyone to do the research and see why LSU hasn’t been to the WS in 8 yrs..pitching!!!
