The difference between LSU and ULL baseball...

...is the highlight of the Tiger's season happens in June...the Cajun's just had theirs in a March midweek game.

Until ULL quits fearing LSU in basketball and football, I'll have a little more respect for their view on a "rivalry." Baseball is the one sport they can get us on a regular basis.
What people who aren't from Lafayette don't know is that there is a real ULL vs LSU rivalry mindset in town.

I use to get upset. Now, if we are going to lose, I prefer it’s to an instate team to help them out. LSU never recruits against instate, I hope they all do well.
Under Robicheaux he would pitch his ace, ULL beat us this week with mid-week pitchers and relievers. I can only tip my hat. It also wasn’t close, they earned the win.

Thats why they are called tards. They don't realize a meaningless mid-week game doesn't change anything its baseball it is what it is. LSU will be just fine.

Really? They have basically the same record right now and we will see how season unfolds, May not be as much of a difference as you think.
