Super glue. Liquid form. Be careful, can make a mess

not specific to a wetsuit but waterproof so should work:
I have an insulated nylon 1/2zip layer that I really like and when I ripped the sleeve just below the shoulder on a tree branch, I used some waterproof tent seam sealer on it. It's not pretty but it's flexible, waterproof, and holds up to a beating. find at walmart or most any outdoor shop ~$10

How’d ya know baw….sounded like a tire blew out…
In all seriousness, im just looking to sew some neoprene together, not necessarily on a wetsuit. Im working on a project. Every seamstress in Lafayette is either 800 yrs old or doesnt speak Engrish

Laffy still have a dive shop? If so call and find out who repairs their rental neoprene or bendovah and call Sterling upholstery.

I'd go for the older cajun lady over the foreigner! Haha
Yeah I'd ask upholstery shops. If you were in LC area my mom would probably do it in her sewing hobby shop.
Good luck.
