Metropolitan Police Department's second in command has been placed on admin leave

Just watch The Wire from 10 (?) years ago. They called it then. NOPD has been manipulating stats for ages. They are great at it.

Many are doing the same. Just one of the recents I seen come through that may have been used to manipulate the stats for MPD. This lady does not look Hispanic to me
