The regime change Trump is attempting is not Iran’s. It is the NGO-Administrative Complex.

We are all familiar with George Soros’s Open Society Foundations, Charles Koch’s network, and the Rockefeller Brothers Fund. Of course, there are others and right now, they are taking a beating. They can not stand and will not stand for America to project its sovereignty. Hence, the screaming and yelling which, fortunately, is falling on deaf ears in the current POTUS Trump administration.

quote:

Every act that reasserts American sovereignty—on Iran, on trade, on immigration, on energy—is an act of regime change against the supranational order that has governed American life, foreign and domestic, for at least 70 years. The strikes on Khamenei’s compound are a demonstration that a sovereign nation, acting in its own interest, does not need institutional permission.

The Trump Administration just showed that the veto that the multilateral order spent decades embedding into American foreign policy—through think tanks, through NGOs, through carefully managed BRICS adversaries—can simply be ignored.

This is how the NGO-Administrative Complex dies. One sovereign act at a time.

I mean who would have thought the connection with Venezuela and Iran certainly hampers China's response. I really feel this is what needed to happen but only with a leader who is interested in protecting the sovereignty of America.

Interesting that there is a large contingent of posters on this board who think Israel, and world Jewry, is behind these groups. And yet Israel is our ally in attacking Iran, an action these groups oppose.

Jewish people are overrepresented in those entities. Jewish people are also overrepresented in most right-leaning causes too.

As for the OP, it's a little too Soros flavored for me, but yeah, Trump reasserting US sovereignty is certainly something happening this year. I think it's far less about throwing off the NGO shackles and far more about the consistent theme of "the order is ending, we're building for our future and we're not asking permission", however.

The panem et circenses propaganda surrounding the actions Trump has taken in both Venezuela and Iran, has (very deliberately) failed to address the true common demoninators.

Looking at the board objectively, I can see that most of us here can see what's really going on. That gives me hope. There's the incredibly loud minority screaming "you dumb maga cucks" but that's nothing new. They've just dialed the volume up a little right now because the narrative has failed and they think it has only failed because people can't hear it. That, and some of them actually believe what they're saying.

We hear it. We just aren't listening any more. If it came from the MSM and the most wealthy and successful "influencers" who have all flipped, then it's just continuance of Operation Mockingbird.

Did you ever think you might see Israel and Arab countries fighting beside one another to neuter an Arab country? So much is at stake here, don't you think?

quote:

To resolve the paradox, I do what I’m known for best: follow the money.

In January 2025, the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft published a foreign funding transparency report calling out Qatar and the UAE for pouring money into American foreign policy institutions. On its face, it was a principled stand against foreign influence. But the same report makes no mention of Chinese money flowing into those same think tanks—despite China representing a far larger geopolitical adversary. Quincy also routinely calls for restraint in Ukraine, placing it at odds with the NATO-aligned establishment that funds it.

Quincy co-founder Trita Parsi also co-founded the National Iranian American Council, an organization whose internal communications, obtained through federal court proceedings, revealed extensive coordination with Iranian government officials. And yet Quincy attracts institutional funding from the same Western-aligned order it critiques: George Soros’s Open Society Foundations and Charles Koch’s network provided its founding capital, with additional backing from the Rockefeller Brothers Fund and others.

He's also cutting off China. They thought they could play games with our tariffs and trade. Now they're finding out.

The fellas in charge are seriously above the average intelligence of the previous 32 administrations.

Of course and the NGO's are simply a speed bump that is no longer effective due to the new struts that have been installed. It is Game Over.
