Hasn’t it been reported that in order to use autopen only verbal consent is needed? As much as I’d like multiple things overturned and people in jail, it seems like it would be hard to prosecute that.

This won't fix the past but Autopen just needs to be banned forever outright. Codify it into law that any bill or EO the president signs must be done by the president's own hand and not by machine.
