We had a great defensive infield last year. They set records. We were going to decline some, but I’m afraid it’s a lot.

I'm afraid some of the transfers aren't quite as good as advertised. It's hit and miss with the portal sometimes.

Yorke has done nothing to indicate he's a poor defender. He made a boneheaded play.
Daniel Dickinson was the best middle infielder in the portal last year. No, Jay could not find someone who was going to hit .300 with double digit HR and play perfect defense. Those guys don't grow on trees.
Go ahead and let me know who we should have gotten instead. I'm all ears.

They had 44 errors throughout the entire season last year. This team is going to eclipse that not even halfway through the regular season at this rate.
