Right now I am between SBE3 and AX400. Open to other ideas though. I am currently shooting a Berretta 391 Extrema 2.

AX800

This is the one I'm getting. Looks awesome and everyone I know that's gotten one has had great reports.

My buddy got gifted a SBE3 for his birthday and it's definitely thinner than the AX800. I'm a bigger guy so the size of the beretta actually fits me better. I can't wait to get in the blind next year with the 800. I currently run an A350 and love it as well. Dad has an A400 and loves that gun too but, honestly, they're all bad arse shotguns.

“Don’t come on this thread and say you bought anything else besides the Beretta AX800!” Always get the latest and greatest, then rub our noses in it.

Either of those would be great. Just see which is a better fit for you.

The shims these come with now should make that moot, but not everyone likes messing with that.

Be a connoisseur- buy a real Browning A5 and upgrade the barrel. Let everybody know you're the man in the blind.

That 391 will shoot about as well as any of the new shotguns. I own one and love it

I shoot the 391 and a Benelli Ethos and they are both solid.

I was gonna say, your 391 is a legend already: I vote for SBE3 simple because you already have a gas gun so why not get an intertia one.

The worlds passed me by. $3000 for a camo plastic-stocked scatter gun.

I've had Berretta Extrema Unico 400, Benelli Cordoba, and Browning Maxus 2.

Browning Maxus 2 has shot the best for me, but it was they all shoot great.

I use the Cordoba for doves, 20 gauge. The others for ducks and geese. I'm leaning to the Maxus as my favorite to shoot. It is a carbon fiber sporting model, and has a JEB's Choke tube. Just my opinion.
