CBS reporter Told to not focus on this when a Protest of Iranians praises Trump

Media, instead of seeing their proper role as purveyors of information, abuses that by acting as gatekeepers of information.

They’re not journalists; they’re activists with journalistic credentials. You really can’t hate these people enough. They’re a Fifth Column.

I’d be surprised if that guy keeps his job much longer. Particularly in Austin.

They need to make whoever sent him that text famous.

Libs went nuts when Bari Weiss took over because of a drastic change in editorial policy at CBS. Rinse and repeat. CBS is no different.

Just to be clear. This was a local reporter, not a CBS network reporter. He works for a CBS affiliate in Austin that is owned by Sinclair Broadcasting which is a pretty conservative company.

My guess is he wasnt being texted by station brass. It was probably his 20 something weekend newscast producer who wanted a different visual.

His report correctly said the reaction in Austin was mixed and thats what aired.

There is enough media bias out there to choke a horse, better to focus on that than a nothing burger like this

I think it's a BFD. Let's get real if all Protesters were screaming to assassinate Trump..... They would Have stayed on it and broke in big CBS news During the Young and the Restless...

My gut tells me all of the mainstream media were shocked at the support that Trump got... And they thought that Massey and Carlson had us all divided.

Probably completely destroyed any future ambitions into a national legacy MSM gig but at least he has his own integrity intact and tried to actually honor and dignify the original, old fashioned purpose of his profession.

That alone puts him above 99% of the rest of them.
