I hope this not the case. It would be lovely, and a change of pace, if he mentioned the ruling, and said 'while I disagree with it they have done their job'. I wish he would not go scorched Earth on people who are in opposition to him. I know a lot of people enjoy when he does that, but he gains zero voters when he does it. I voted for him three times. And I'm convinced if he sticks to facts and tries to stay neutral, He can gain voters. When he does what he typically does, I don't think he loses voters but he certainly doesn't gain any.
