If you sit down and eat a meal, you pay for it. If you dont like the pork chop, we bring you another. There should never be any refunds for food that you dont like. You order it, you pay for it. Including a 20 percent tip.

Should be a big fat sign on the front door.

It would keep all the riffraff out of trying to comp a free meal.

I've been served moldy food before. I ate a single bite before noticing.

I'm not ordering more moldy food from the restaurant.

Now, I'm not talking about dipshits who eat a whole meal and then decide afterwards that it was too salty. But, there are legitimate reasons to be refunded for meals.

What about returning a stale beer? I have done that a couple times after the first couple of sips. I am not paying for bad beer because the location can't keep it cold properly.

This is dumb.

Yes, agreed.

But there are still legit reasons to refund someone for their food, like when a restaurant fricks up and serves legit bad food or genuinely fricks up an order.

Thats not a refund. they didnt give you want you ordered. That was their error not yours.

edit, either way, they should bring you out what you ordered with no refund.

Sometimes it isnt worth the fight. The problem new orleans has is people stealing delivery orders or disputing transactions
