I once took a Uber from Metairie to Houma. I cost $86, gave the driver a $20 cash tip.

I'm not a fan of getting into some stranger's car. I don't really trust anyone's driving but my own. Some psycho foreigner high on God knows what is gonna take me to my destination safely? No thanks.

Was it that much cheaper than flying into Ft. Lauderdale or Miami?

I had to Uber my inlaws 3 hours once after some flight fiascos and us needing them at our house to watch our kid before we went on a vacation.

Those game time decision flight schedules in 2021 were something else.

Port Canaveral is just east of Orlando. Flying into South Florida would not make much sense for that cruise port but MCO has rental locations and the port has drop off locations so we ave always rented a one way rental and it;s cheaper than ubers or shuttles.

Yea, I know. Was thinking of Port of Miami. When I realized my mistake, I was too lazy to edit.
