Dolphins are one of the few creatures that exist that have similar levels of intelligence as us. Dolphins are well known to protect and help humans. In fact its illegal to speak to wild dolphins as they will become dependant on human interaction. They are infatuated with human birth as well.

If this becomes possible we might be to learn more about the universe as Dolphins are assumed to have been around for 13-14 million years. If they pass their knowledge down from generation to generation like we do, maybe they can tell us what the frick was going on back then.

Google AI is training to speak to dolphins

Not gonna help their offense or defense in cold weather games. Not gonna help their salary cap situation with Tua. Not one bit.

Dolphins are highly intelligent. I think they'd have much more to say.

It will definitely start more intelligent threads than the OP.

Yes, there are documented, albeit rare, instances of humans attempting dolphin-assisted births in the ocean.

That proves humans were fascinated with dolphins. Not the other way around.

Documented human attempts aren’t the same thing as documented dolphin behavior.

Plus, the 70s were wild...
