That is the real news. Americans are feeling much better today knowing the country does have an independent Supreme Court of the United States. By proving its independence, it enables all of us to accept its decisions while also encouraging the POTUS to use SCOTUS more and more for those decisions that really need closure.

3 judges dissented on a ruling that basically amounts to “trade policy shouldn’t be dictated by the president’s tweets.”

Actually I feel worse because one of the things people have always said was the court is conservative so it will protect us from liberals going wild. Well it’s obvious that isn’t true and the court is full of Rino and libs.

The problem is that whatever bias you believe the court has… it’s mostly a group of kangaroo fricksticks politically posturing & twisting logic to fit desired outcomes, rather than even attempting to maintain an illusion of interpreting the written laws of the country with some semblance of consistency.

Umm were you asleep when the Honorable Justice John Roberts essentially upheld the ACA out of thin air? And you thought Barrett and Kavanaugh would join him in saving the country from liberal lunacy? It’s coming and they will do nothing because they the Democrats will pack the court to neuter them and John Thune will give a fiery speech promising to do better in the future if given power

I believe the current SCOTUS is very good at interpreting the original intent of the framers which is a good thing. Of course there are those who are politically driven but they are currently outweighed.

The Art of the Deal was on full display yesterday. The law used to cause the tariffs was a reach by POTUS Trump and the SCOTUS ruled he did have the authority to impose tariffs by other means thereof. Hence, he responded with additional tariffs.
It was a GLORIOUS event for those of us who appreciate what tariffs are doing for the USA!!

Now do all the rulings that are 6-3 the other way where the dissent is purely due to OMB and everyone knows it.

The Court remains unbalanced. Roberts is the only conservative with the balls to rule against Trump. Alito and Thomas are shameless hacks whose pockets are lined(either in cash or "in kind") by the corrupt Right
