Who has sausage making supplies in the jackson area that i can get Saturday?
Looking for casings, cheeses and possibly some seasoning to try something different.

What part of Jackson?
Have you tried Van’s? I would think that’s where I would start. My family stopped using them when Van passed, and we got several processed at Sherman’s near Lena, and were very pleased. Quite a bit cheaper than Stacie’s that’s been my go to.

Ask the butcher at smaller local grocery stores, they'll usually sell some for pretty cheap if they make their own sausage there. A lot of them also have the little home packs of casings. I get my high temp cheddar from a seafood place that also processes deer. Might be easier to order it but you won't get it Saturday.
Somebody on this board shared this a few years ago. I think it came from a guy on the Texas Bowhunter forums. There's nothing fancy about the recipes but all of them that I've tried have been solid.

Here's another recipe that I really like. Kind of a PITA to make large batches since it uses fresh onion and such but it's pretty good.

Well that may not work unless something has changed. Rebel is not a retail store you can walk in. It's online orders only. Or at least that was the case when I went by there. ..
ETA- Nevermind. It appears to be a store you can visit now. That used to not be the case. Good to know..

As far as seasoning is concerned I use Rebel Butcher out of Pearl. Not sure if they have the casings or high temp cheese.

Rebel butcher supply in Pearl. It’s right there by bass pro and the baseball stadium. They will have everything you need.
You can buy the rebel seasoning at Vines in mccomb if needed. The piggly wiggly in Summit/Liberty also carries it. They have hog casings also.
