Any love for the tricep bar?

Got one recently.. seems like a good option for small footprint equipment with lots of versatility. Shoulder press, hammer curls, tricep extensions, bent over rows.

I never hear people mention it. I always viewed it as a old school tool that no one uses anymore.
Eventually, some fitness influencer is going to use it as their "secret" exercise and it'll blow up for a while lol

never used one but can see it could be versatile. seems like a a cheap piece of equipment with a lot of utility.

I’ve never used a tricep bar, but I too like the trap bar, although I haven’t used it in quite a while, and I’m not sure why.
