We have to keep getting these type wins. It’s not undoable like EO’s. They all add up and states need to keep pushing to pass common sense laws. Meaning if the left had any common sense we wouldn’t need these laws.

When you have to make laws that simply codify common sense you know the progressives have been doing their progressing.

How did they get a Dem Gov?
The Kansas State House has voted 87-37 in FAVOR of passing SB 244, which defines "gender" as biological sex, bans men from invading women's bathrooms, and requires accurate sex-based identification on licenses and birth certificates.
Every Democrat voted against it. Democrat Gov. Laura Kelly's veto of the bill was overridden.

With the help of Republicans according to wiki.

This is great. It’s just so weird and sad that it is necessary. Good luck enforcing it.

I love when republicans solve a non existent issue then parade around like they actually did something
This is such a non issue in Kansas

"You have to wait until things become a serious problem before we do anything about it. We shouldn't use the brains God gave us to see what is happening in other states and decide we don't want that here."

Yeah of course it’s common sense but in reality it’s also a non issue. I’ve still never seen a tranny go into a bathroom in my life. This shite doesn’t matter.

Ah, please tell me more about Democrats being the party standing up for women and children.
I don’t normally believe in male privilege, but if it’s real, you have it.

Pathetic.
Stand up for what’s right and quit being such cowards, Dems. Enough. This shitty trend has run its course.

I've never been murdered. I've never seen anyone murdered.
Why did all the Dems vote against something that is not happening?
Why are Dems so divisive on 90/10 issues?
