We used to lock people like this in insane asylums and pump them full of drugs

Mentally ill should not be allowed among daily lives of people, mostly for their own benefit. If confusion and anger are the struggle they fight then they must not be in forced to live in atmosphere that creates that angst

Except they don’t pump them full of drugs.

They suggest drugs or give them a prescription or even a court order but it’s entirely up to the individual to take them.

Lots of bipolar people take the drugs for a while but they miss the euphoria and invincible feeling when in the “high” part of bipolar swings. So they stop taking the medication.

Not saying he was bipolar but he definitely has some sort of mental health issues.

Until the 70's they were locked up chained to walls, slopped like hogs and cleaned with firehoses.

That shifted to in secure "Nursing Homes" where they were given thorazine so shuffled around the halls. St. Martin Depores at Chenault, Lake Charles, was one if those nursing homes. Working on the construction crew in summer, we had to break up fights once a week, and constantly stop them from phucking, even though they had all been neutered. Many were originally from New Orleans. Some still had the scars on their wrists from being chained up at the state hospital in Jackson, LA.

We had some great parties with the nurses who worked there while we were 17& 18 year olds. Some wild gals who loved to phuck.
