BEWARE: IberiaBank/First Horizon data breach of customer files in August, 2025

If you recently received the data breach notice from IberiaBank/First Horizon, what do you plan to do to protect yourself?
The notice explains our options including putting a freeze on credit requests with the 3 major consumer credit reporting agencies & using the 12 month complimentary membership with Epiq Privacy Solutions ID which helps "detect possible misuse of your information and resolution of identity theft."
I get irrationally pissed off at the crooks and hackers who do this shite.

I froze mine when Brandon leaked everyone's SSN.

I’m more pissed with them and the institution in general; I’m trusting them and they let me down.

I've got several of those types of notifications from insurance companies I represent, etc. They all offer the sme things such as credit monitorings, etc. I've taken advantage of the 12 or 24-month free services, but have never had any negative things happen from the breaches.

I got the notice and I closed all of my Iberiabank accounts years ago when First Horizion took over. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m pissed that I haven’t used them in years yet my info was stolen in a breach.

I think I have 2 or 3 credit monitoring services currently and have had at least 1 every year for the last 10 years due to all of the data breaches
