If you recently received the data breach notice from IberiaBank/First Horizon, what do you plan to do to protect yourself?

The notice explains our options including putting a freeze on credit requests with the 3 major consumer credit reporting agencies & using the 12 month complimentary membership with Epiq Privacy Solutions ID which helps "detect possible misuse of your information and resolution of identity theft."

I get irrationally pissed off at the crooks and hackers who do this shite.

Don’t forget the slap dicks in IT at the Bank (or whatever institution) who knew the bad guys are always trying to get access to the information they are paid to protect.

I’m more pissed with them and the institution in general; I’m trusting them and they let me down.

I've got several of those types of notifications from insurance companies I represent, etc. They all offer the sme things such as credit monitorings, etc. I've taken advantage of the 12 or 24-month free services, but have never had any negative things happen from the breaches.

I got the notice and I closed all of my Iberiabank accounts years ago when First Horizion took over. Absolutely terrible customer service. I’m pissed that I haven’t used them in years yet my info was stolen in a breach.

I think I have 2 or 3 credit monitoring services currently and have had at least 1 every year for the last 10 years due to all of the data breaches .
