I really want them to pass it in Congress. I mean, it needs to happen regardless, but it sure would be nice if they could leverage the Congress into getting it done.

National emergency of illegals voting in elections. This passes the shoe on the other foot test. Democrats explicitly passed emergency election rules for 2020. Some of the predicate COVID emergency declarations literally expired the day after the November election.

Yeah, to go with the fact the constitution guarantees you the right to vote.
IDs are (constitutionally) optional, voting is constitutionally guaranteed.
Seems to be putting the cart before the horse to require an optional thing for something guaranteed.

yes and you can buy a gun without an ID legally in Louisiana as well as other states for the same reason. It is a constitutionally guaranteed right.

And yet 99% of the time you have to prove you are of legal age, residency, and free from any federal convictions or suspicions, and not addicted to drugs.
