If Jay Johnson deemed him worthy of being a starter for THE Fightin' Baseball Tigers, it means his fastball is a blur and his breaking ball looks like a magic trick.

Get ready to see a lot of this when Moore is on the mound.

Funny you say that
He's got a low 90s fastball and changeup is the out pitch much like cowan
Big thing with him is lack of walks and great command. I'd imagine Yeskie has tweeked that breaking ball to be more useful though

No. Easier to just ask here and come back later when i have time and go through the responses.
Now i know he is a transfer from Kansas and Moore's repertoire includes a Major League–quality changeup, a 92–93 mph fastball that touches 96, and the ability to manipulate his delivery.

I think Jay has been pleasantly surprised with Moore. Not that Jay didn't know what he was getting, but he's performed really well. He may be the most likely to extend deep into games, given his experience and pitching style. He has the potential to be a wipe out guy but his style is more built on efficiency. It took all of fall and almost all of spring for our hitters to finally get to him a little bit.
Now, when the lights go on in big games against good comp, we'll just have to see how it plays out.
