Harvard's current student body is ~11% black and ~32% white. When comparing to national population, blacks are almost equally represented in Harvard's population while whites are only ~50%.

Also, remember that in 2023 Harvard had to be sued (and have it upheld by SCOTUS) to STOP using race as a criteria to favor minorities in admittance. So, yes, Harvard was indeed working to "hand" her an acceptance letter because she is black, a female AND (most importantly) the daughter of a former President.
