Coaching. Talent is not top 4, but it’s not 15-50 bad over the last 4 years.

He is not a P5 coach.

A talent problem in yr 4 is a coaching problem.

We are top 20 in nil spending. McMahon is just a shitty coach and judge of talent. Half these players are stealing money basically

Coaching

Look at any recruiting service. They have been no worse than like 9th in composite recruiting/transfer rankings, yet will have finished last or 2nd to last 3/4 years

Gotta be a little bit of both but definitely a coaching problem. We should at least be able to compete with the middle of the pack and win 50/50 against the bottom of the SEC. We can't. The worse teams in the conference that have nothing positive going for them are beating us handedly on our home floor. Just unacceptable at this stage of your tenure.

They have an All SEC caliber PG injured and a four year skilled power forward lost for the second year in a row to injuries.

Average talent, well below average coaching.

The way the guy thinks and coaches is a reflection of his approach….always slow to react to what the other team is doing, not inspiring to his players, his teams don’t have a sense of purpose or identity….just a terrible coach at this level.

The way his teams play defense is pathetic…low IQ, turn away from the ball when close, terrible fundamentals
