That's the Trump impersonation key, there has to be some rambling. That's usually when he hits his funny moments.

Been following Shawn for a couple years now.
Best part of his impersonation isn't that the voice is spot-on, but the mannerisms and propensity towards rambling and embellishment is absolute perfection. If you just hear him without seeing him, he's indistinguishable from Orange.

Yeah it's pretty incredible. The key for me is the half sentence that goes nowhere and dies before Trump starts a new line/thought.
While most people have "um" or "like" as filler, Trump will string together half a phrase and then just abandon it and move on
