They cut his mic, ostensibly, because his comments were not on the item up for discussion. Some places allow open comments, some don't and I don't know the rules for that meeting.

Many councils will cut your mic after your allotted time is up. I don’t know if this happened here or not, but we need to figure it out before drawing conclusions.

That guy needs to sit down with the likes of Decatur, VOR, powerboy, sfp, and Roger for about 45 minutes and at least attempt to educate them.
