Saw the same shite in Iraq. We would hand out supplies, backpacks, kids shoes, etc... thast were donated by US companies to USAID. We'd wait 24 hours and then patrol through the local souk. Want to guess what was for sale?

It’s important because Ukraine was having success using starlink for intermittent communication with longer range drones. (among other communication methods)
The Russians discovered this, and using captured starlink receivers, have begun countering the Ukraine drone attacks
