The Advocate reports Emeril's Chop House will replace 18 Steak at L'Auberge. Opening later this year

How is this possibly going to work? Has the Emeril's team seen the quality of customer that is in the casino and/or hanging out at the property?
They cannot support this kind of restaurant.
I would not be surprised if this is some kind of licensing deal with Emeril and he has very little, if any skin in the game.

I don't know, but I assume that the small casinos just license the famous name.
There is a Gordon Ramsay Steak in the Lake Charles Horseshoe. Anyone ever seen him there?
