I have bench calibrated 1000's of transmitters, but never saw a 2090. Not alot of info on how to connect process calibration pump?
Thanks in advance
Thanks in advance

Are you supposed to be using your phone while you're out working on the pipes, baw?

Based on my experience with I&E maintenance, if hitting it with a pipe wrench doesn’t fix it, the next step is to buy a new one.
Hope this helps.

Doesn't Rosemount provide a service manual for this?

probably need to find some kind of flush mount adapter. I have ran across those when looking at stuff online but never actually had to deal with that type of process connection.

Look on Emerson. com in section 5. It will tell you how to calibrate it.

Do you understand bench calibration?

Me either. This is a first for me. Nothing readily available online to help

Use the Range 3 span: Apply 0 psig (vent) for zero trim, then apply exactly 300 psig (or your desired URV if reranged) for upper/span trim.
The transmitter ships standard in psi units, 4–20 mA proportional to 0–300 psig (4 mA at 0 psig, 20 mA at 300 psig).
For best results in pulp/paper service, perform sensor trim at ambient temperature matching installation, and consider a field zero trim post-mounting due to potential mounting effects.
If reranging (e.g., to a narrower span like 0–100 psig), use HART communicator to set new LRV/URV, then trim sensor accordingly—accuracy holds across the range but turndown is limited (typically 3:1 or better).
D/A trim remains identical: Force 4 mA and 20 mA outputs for exact loop calibration.

You’ll need gauze tape and some #7 ball bearings.
