They all feel untouchable. Break their will by physically punishing them and then locking them up. Even if the charges wont stick, tie them up in court and make them feel the financial pain.

Why always nurses? Because they have had mando training to make them left for the last 10 years. They have run everyone out of the profession by making it clear in nursing school and once on the job that it is not a good place to be a conservative.
I have a conservative nurse in my family. They have learned to keep their heads and eyes down and not to make any fuss. They go through the motions and know they can't complain. They love the medical part of the job but the profession, almost all white collar professions, have moved their culture to the far left. It's going to be very hard for this to change too...it will not be quick and will take a lot of legal work that will force them to be more neutral. Thank God the Bar Association has not gone woke :-/
